Shipping and Return Policy

We use Canada Post, Parcel services for all our fur products. The time frame for delivery may vary depending on the product. Shipping time frames for services within Canada are about 7 to 10 business days depending on the postal code. International orders can take up to 20 business days depending on the zip/postal code and customs delays. For specific details about delivery standards via Canada Post, please click here.

If your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm MST, the order will be shipped on the following business day.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to cover any and all custom duties and taxes that maybe be applied to their order.
Overnight Service is not available.

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Most products can be returned for a refund minus any costs associated with shipping. Any products returned for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee.
